If you are dissatisfied with a Mr. Hood exhaust system cleaning and it does not meet the NFPA 96 cleaning standards, simply, notify Mr. Hood in writing within 5 days of the service performed.  A complimentary second cleaning service will be provided.  But it does not stop there, if the cleaning still does not meet NFPA 96 Standards, you will be reimbursed in full for the cost of the cleaning.
